I just got one (text line) and i clicked it because it asked How does this picture look for my profile? and I thought my firend asked that. Then the picture started downloading but I stopped it. Do you know what those types are called?
(I ment text link not line)
Can the virus get in my computer if it started downloading but didnt finish?

Dont click on a link that ends in .exe ! This runs a program on your computer, and you don’t know what it is.
Some people will try to trick you into doing it anyway by making the link so long you can’t see the .exe. So if you cant see that the end of the line is .html or .hml for a web page or .jpg or .tiff or .bmp or .gif for a picture, don’t click!

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus. The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
