I found something … I found something cool to do with the electricity.
rather than using just one color in the color overlay effect, do a gradient overlay. it looks less like electricity but still a cool effect.

You know the tool … You know the tool you used to make you’re whole background black, under the eraser? Well I don’t have that on my CS4, and I was wondering how to make my BG black, or any color at that.
Appreciate the help.
