I’m sending the presentation out but the source file might not be in the same location as stated in the ppt.
Click File -> Package for CD
You don’t actually have to put it on a CD. You can just save it to a file that you can email or send however you planned on sending it.
This will stick the entire presentation and all linked materials into one neat package that can be played on any computer, including one that doesn’t even have PowerPoint installed!

If you have uses the package utility it should save the sound file with it. if not you need to make sure the receiving part has access to the drive/folder/file that contains the sound.
