Can someone tell Obambi and his campaign that linking McCain with Bush 24hrs a day is NOT working ??????

I guess that Obambi’s mantra is not working…..

He’s winning NY by only 5%, NJ by 3%, tied with Penn., down in Colorado by 2%, down in Michigan by 1%, tied in Minn…..

"The One" should be winning by double-digits in most of these Blue States…..

Obambi should get another line to talk about McCain……..

It should work because it is the truth. Maybe people aren’t focusing on the issues yet and are still somewhat distracted by McCain’s "personality" campaign emphasis.

McCain is doing enough damage by constantly lying. No need to tell Obama. He is waiting this out. McCain is going to be stepping on his own waggling tongue soon enough.

What’s the matter, are you afraid people will see McCain for the liar he is? He voted WITH Bush over 90% of the time, so what’s the big deal? Republicans love to say that Obama votes the party line too. Don’t you guys like having the Karl Rove style politics on both sides??? If it’s fair for one side, it’s fair for the other.

Obama and the Democrats have run against Bush from the onset of the 2008 primaries.

They just don’t know what to do about the "mavericks". Democrats are totally lost and completely off message!

The voters are linking McCain with Reagan; one of the very best of our presidents. I see the third term of Ronald reagan coming with John McCain.

Never mind what Obama is telling people. He didn’t attend the Republican convention. And the people who did saw plenty of evidence to the contrary. And they know people. And people talk.

Any armchair historian knows there have never been 2 presidencies that were same, even when the same prez. tried to copy his first term to his second.
I never bought that ’same’ argument.

sure it is… 11 million more democrats than Republicans and Independents combined…. more money raised than both Republican and independents combined.
Forget the bogus polls, follow the money. It will be a landslide in November, and if it isn’t it’s liable to be civil war, because we’re not going to tolerate another stolen election.

Huh. Maybe he DOES want to separate himself from Bush.

It won’t do any good to tell them – the democratic candidates have been running against Bush since the beginning of the primaries.

It’s incredible that the GOP is not paying a price for the inept leadership of the last eight years. Had it been the other way around, the Dems would be getting trounced. I guess the question " are you better off now…." only works for Republicans. The bible belt and the South would vote Republican no matter who ran. They are so myopic it is pathetic and sad.

McCain is a repub and they have been in power for the last eight years. Where have the repubs taken the country: no jobs, two wars, no banks, national debt, and $4.00 a gallon gas. I think that Obama needs to constantly hammer the facts until America wakes up. We do not need another repub in the white house, we can’t let America go down the tubes anymore than it has for the last eight years.

Obama keeps saying McCain is Bush because the more you hear something, the more likely you are to believe it. However, it isn’t working because the American people know better.
