I’ve got a PR 7 some PR 5’s and 4’s and I bought a place in a 200 site linking deal. Whats going to happen to my PR? Up or down?
I actually did something similar to what you’re doing and got kicked out of google’s index for it. The problem with the program you are using is that only a few of the links will be related to what you do at your website. The other problem is that all of those links will have the same anchor text and description, which will tell the search engines directly that you are trying to cheat the system. If you are going to buy text links, do it from a site that lets you choose every individual link you purchase and that you can ensure that it is in your industry.

Google won’t like it if the sites you’re linking to aren’t similar.
Which is to say if you sell cars and are linked to 50 sites that make cookies, it’ll be detrimental for your PR.
My best advice would be cherish your users, always have adequate info for them, always have new info and try to build a community around the site.

That all depends. Are the links or related sites? Are they using the no follow tag? If so PR won’t pass. Are you using anchor text in your ads?
Once you stop paying for those links you’ll lose the benefits.

if you will set the in the text link ads that they will only put your link in the related site, this will not go down, but as far as the question is up or down, I think it will not go up or down at the moment it will just probably retain its current PR

Let others have stated it will depend. Will they boot you? Probably not – mostly likely your site may receive an penalty and get filtered from ranking for any worthwhile terms.
So if your goal is for google organic traffic there are bettter ways of doing it. PR is an somewhat dated way to figure out if you will rank higher than other site. Google is much more complicated than that.
However, if you goal is to increase PR to sell text links, then perhaps this approach will work. But my experience is that it will be a short lived gain expecially since it is in a "200 site linking deal".
Good Luck.
