Try article submission, social networking and social bookmarking for your blog. Update your blog regularly with unique & fresh content….

some methods i would do usually:
go to related forums to make a good content and leave a link.
go to free directories, to submit you blog links, not only the homepage url, deep link if allowed.
go to other networks, like social bookmarking, microblogs, and classifieds to promote your site.
These would bring you some traffics, but the main factor is you have to have good content which will make people want to read or digging your stuff.
